MEET THE OWNER & HEAD TRAINER!
Nolan, aka Static, is the founder and head trainer of Echo Protocol K9. With more than 13 years of experience, his background includes obedience, behavior modification, Search and Rescue, Human Remains Detection, sport scent detection, and explosives detection.
His operational experience includes deployments alongside local, tribal, state, and federal partners, including support work with the FBI and Human Remains Detection operations during Hurricane Helene.
His training philosophy is simple: build trust first, create clear communication, and develop dogs that are reliable when it matters most.
Meet the Co-Owner and Operations Manager!
Rachael is the co-owner of Echo Protocol K9 and serves as the primary point of contact for clients. She oversees scheduling, client communication, business operations, and training support while also working directly with dogs and handlers.
Her background focuses on pet dog training, obedience, and puppy development. She is passionate about helping owners better understand their dogs and creating training plans that fit real life, not just the training field.
Together, Rachael and her husband combine working-dog experience with practical family-dog training to create programs that are approachable, effective, and built for long-term success.
